Edith Petersen is a partner at Langer & Petersen LLC on Capitol Drive in Hartland. Langer & Petersen, LLC is a local law firm that practices in a wide variety of areas, including family law, trial work, estate and special needs planning, elder law, real estate transactions and business law among other areas of practice. Edith has been practicing for 28 years and has worked with her partner, Timothy Langer, for the last 19 years. Langer & Petersen has three offices, in Hartland, Watertown and Wauwatosa.

Edith is a resident of Watertown where she lives with her husband, Patrick McCarthy, and two of her three sons. Her eldest son is a student at UW Stevens Point. Edith has a very active family, enjoying outdoors activities including camping, skiing, hiking, boating and attending lots of sporting events. The family is active in the community including participating in the local Boy Scout troop, the area Elks lodge, the Watertown Soccer Club, the High School Athletic Booster Club and the local Humane Society.

Edith has had the privilege to serve the Hartland community on the Chamber of Commerce Board Directors over the past 19 years on two different occasions. She enjoys the opportunity that the Chamber provides to be involved in the community and the benefits that the Chamber affords local business owners.
