Presenting Sponsor (Exclusive) – Limit 1 – $2000

  • 3–5 minute remarks before closing.
  • Booth/table in the Sponsor Showcase.
  • Opportunity to give branded giveaway items (napkins, pens, etc.).
  • Half-page ad in workbook.

Breakout Session Sponsors (Multiple) – Limit 6 – $500

  • Sponsor branding on agenda and signage for their session.
  • Recognition by moderator when introducing session.
  • Opportunity to introduce session speaker(s) or give a 2-minute opening.
  • Table/display outside session room.
  • Quarter-page ad in workbook.
  • 1 complimentary pass.

Coffee Sponsor– Limit 4 – $200

  • Logo on coffee station signs during breakfast & afternoon refresh.
  • Recognition in agenda as networking sponsor.
  • Booth/table in the Sponsor Showcase.
  • Option to place branded coffee sleeves or mugs.
  • Quarter-page ad in workbook.

Networking Sponsor  – Limit 2 – $750

  • Branded signage at cocktail hour networking.
  • Recognition from the emcee at closing remarks.

  • Option to provide a fun branded giveaway (drink ticket, glassware, treat).
  • Half-page ad in workbook.

General Event Sponsors – Limit 10 – $100

  • Business on shared sponsor signage & in workbooks.

  • Option for small swag in attendee bags.
